Egg bread for lunch

Chris made a great loaf this week - egg bread. Eggs courtesy of Rod and his chickens.

It has a really interesting, light texture and is lovely toasted.

Today I had some for lunch with baba ganoush on top. Tomatoes on the side. I'd already eaten quite a bit before I took this shot - the actual lunch was a lot more substantial.
