Upside Down You're Turning Me

Here's my twist on a Tarte Tatin. Yes, it has apples but as I didn't have enough I've pimped it up with cranberries. I'm gonna be turning this little fella on his arse any minute now so his letters will be gone for ever - into my belly.

Oh, almost forgot ... tinned custard, baby, oh yes. Mon dieu!
