Happy nearly birthday

It's not actually Sally's birthday until tomorrow, but we are not around then, so we celebrated this afternoon instead.

She'll be 22, which I can hardly believe. It seems like yesterday that she was arriving into the world at the Barrett Maternity Home in Northampton.

It has been a weekend in which we have alternated fun things with finishing the decluttering. The house is unrecognisable from when we started this massive operation - there are now rooms that are virtually empty, which feels very strange.

I wasn't able to blip yesterday, but it was nice to meet photographer John, a second John and my good friend Steve.
