Red grow the rushes, oh!

As the sun was sinking it cast a reddish glow across the reed beds beside the lake, the last of the rowers were pulling for shore and on the far bank a spurt of flame appeared.

Peaceful scene, just before the temperature started to plummet towards zero, though you wouldn't guess it from the warm glow of the fading sun.

People don't believe that we take this wonderful natural resource for granted, it's good to have visitors because we look at it through their eyes and realise how fortunate we are.
