7 Today

Today Jess is seven years old. For once, she was the star of the show, and Molly did not feature in any of today's photographs.

In no particular order, you can see:

Jess with her birthday present - a bone! I tried to get her to pose with it at her feet, She is usually very good at the "Wait" command, but not today! Even though I had Molly on a lead, to stop her rushing to grab the bone, Jess still would not sit still.
Once Jess had her bone, we gave another to Molly. They lay on the grass, about 30 feet apart, for nearly an hour, eack knawing at her own bone. It was too good to last - eventually Jess came into the house when Molly moved in (as usual) and collared both bones. What neither knew was that there was another treat in store for just this moment, and Jess got a little something extra to make up for Molly's greed.
