Been to the gym, the third time since Friday. Shattered my own personal targets, today i did 6k on the reclined bike, 5k treadmill, 3k on the cross trainer, then 120 reps @ 25kg on the vertical traction, 140 leg curls, 140 leg extensions, free weights and some dumb bells to lose my lunch lady arms!

I do love the gym, the people are lovely and I've made some new friends there already, plus I feel amazing when I leave.

Hope every one is well. My proper computer has gone bang so I'm limited to the iPad and my telephone.
