Shrove Tuesday

Chris made Delia Smith's pancakes for dessert tonight in honour of Shrove Tuesday.

They were served with lemon and sugar as there was no nutella in the house.

They were so good that I went online immediately and reserved a Delia Smith cookbook from the library. I've always wanted to know more about Delia.
