The Beach

Decided to go back to the beach today for another run, also took the camera again but I think it's well worth it for these views!

New rucksack arrived today and after a battle with the post office I have a new toy to drool over. It truly is a lovely piece of kit, too nice to take out in the rain and the wind!

Bike ride tomorrow... having shattered the 50 mile barrier with a ride of 57.8 mile* I know aim to blast through the 60 mile mark. Hear me roar!

*I took a wrong turn. The aim was to go just over 5o.
