Looking up

Being still the carnival here and public holidays until tomorrow afternoon (but really Thursday!), things are very quiet for this city. Many shops and restaurants are closed and a lot of restaurants just open at lunchtime. The city is divided into those who leave the city and go up the coast; those who like the unusual quietness of the city during these days and stay here; and, of course, those who don't have a choice.
