Pancake Mix

My friend Ali is a lifesaver - knowing how unlikely it was I was going to get round to producing anything pancake like today I was invited round to join the queue of two children and one hungry husband. Two pancakes later and one sausage surprise (!) I was full. Was meant to go swimming tonight with N but I told him I was likely to sink not swim given what I had eaten - we'll leave that for another night.
