Current State of Remodel

We gutted the living area, including removing interior walls and a fireplace, in order to move the kitchen to the corner of the room behind the new island half-wall. The island will include the sink, dishwasher and a cabinet. The nook on the left (where the fan is) will have cabinets and a pass through to the sun room. The opening just to the right of that will have a 5 foot french door. Then the nook to right of it will house the refrigerator and cabinets. Around the corner from there will be more cabinets and the range.
