Freewheeling

Right. Bike serviced after a very long time of sitting neglected in the shed, new helmet and I'm off!

I hated cycling on London streets, even the quieter ones near my home. So today was wonderful - a gentle ride along the coast from town to home. Even if I did have to get off and walk the bike up the hill.

Such a sense of freedom and soaring spirit, and so many places to explore and experience.
