NB Bliplunch

It was really quite warm today. I went out for a wee run early this morning and felt quite overdressed in my leggings & thermal top!

After a good morning's work, I met with CanCarrier who very kindly came to NB for lunch. We had lunch and a good chinwag and a walk on the beach before I had to get back to work.

This evening I went for another walk on the beach but this time it was for lifeboat training. My fellow crew member Brian and I headed westward and found a spot to wait for the lifeboat to find us in the dark!
