Ode to Adrian

Finally a string of sunny days, just what the tomatoes, abundant but very green, were crying out for.

We spent a lovely half hour before bed gathering some ripe cherry toms, tiny and sweet, for tomorrow's playlunch. This brandwine, one of Adrian's many carefully nurtured progeny, has grander things in store. Will it be as good as he promises?
