My friend Mandy

My friend Mandy does Yoga lessons, and despite being friends for years, I've never been to any of her classes as she lives about 40 mins from me. She ran a full day class today in a community centre near where she lives, and I was lucky to be able to attend. It was a really great day, and reminded me how much I enjoy doing Yoga and Meditation when I get chance....

After we finished I grabbed a quick photo under an archway outside, and she did some silly poses for me - but I liked this more natural shot the best.
