Today was the day my computer was to be upgraded to windows XP 2010

After a morning of trial and error my computer throwing a fit and me very frustrated, it was decided by the technician that some of the software on my machine would not be supported by the upgrade. So the technician left informing me that I had XP 2007!!!!
