Garry the pirate is a L'arpie!(Little 'Appy Rock People)
The L'arpies are the mascots of a non profit organisation RACPA UK (Rock against child pornography and abuse UK) which works hard to spread awareness of child abuse in all it's forms, provide information and education, and offer support and councelling to the victims of these terrible crimes.
