Penthouse vista.

How marvellous to be able to escape the daily dole grind for an afternoon watching rugger at one's more-successful friend's gaff. It's a decade and a half since we shared a post-student house off Bandon Road. Now, I fear he appreciates these glorious vistas of Cork Harbour and Hop Island less than those of us who only see them occasionaly.
