Wardrobe malfunction?

There's always something going on in Liverpool city centre. Today, I'm reliably informed, it was filming for a BBC programme called "Snog, marry, avoid". The young lady seemed to be having a bit of difficulty but luckily there were fully qualified professionals around to assist.
