The Man is heading off to the Asheville, NC area next weekend for a four day backpacking adventure. We took to the nearby Kentucky hills for a little bit of a warm up with our friend Nicky. I'm not going so I didn't bother with a pack, it felt great.

Today also marks 8 years of being with The Man. Crazy how time flies!

I've felt a weight lift off my shoulders the past couple of weeks. It's been lurking there for a very long time and I'm ready to embrace this next stage in my life. I feel great and I'm loving it.
