Waiter, there's a fin in my soup!

Shark fin soup certainly is a delicacy in China and this restaurant proclaims its quality by the 5 star awards it's been awarded. Awarded by who? At the moment I'm not too sure. This requires further investigation just like the horns I spotted for sale needed.

Have I had shark fin soup? The honest answer is yes. I had a set meal one evening and one dish arrived that looked just like a souffle. That was until the crust was broken through to find soup underneath. Nobody knew what it was until we decided to ask one of the waiting staff.
