American Pie

Tomorrow I'm doing the Round the Bays walk with my lovely friends in team 'Back in Pink'. Pink clothing compulsory, it's a fashion nightmare.

I live a few minutes away from where the walk ends so the pink people are coming over for lunch post-walk. I made this tomato tart today which I think looks a bit like a map of the USA? My geographical sense is (famously) pretty limited however, so I might actually be thinking of Australia or another large piece of land.
