The allotment from the pear tree

A wonderful day at the allotment. Temperature was about -2°C and it was quite windy. But we had lovely sunshine all day long!

M was busy putting up net to protect the spring bulbs that we hope will appear soon. We don't want the roe deer to get them...Z took down a branch from the pear tree. It was quite a thick one, so he had to take it down in three pieces.

The robin that we saw a while ago was singing a shy spring song just after we arrived, and we saw the first wood pigeon just before we left. Lots of snowdrops coming up everywhere, and we also saw buds of Adonis amurensis and Cyclamen coum.

One Year Ago: View from the allotment towards the city

Cheers/M&Z
