Cross country action

We took our German "woofer ('s blip)" to his first time ever cross-country skiing trip (I have been on skies last time 20 years ago too). We all, including the kids 5 and 7) skiied 6km all together and in midpoint we enjoyed well deserved fresh baked donut and coffee.

??There we saw this magnificent pair of skies made of solid wood. High respect for the skier! It is not every day you see these in action, usually they lay in museums for show. ??In the tag it reads ' Karhu 1916'. I doubt that they are that old, but old they are never the less.

We all had fun and are now dead tired. Time to call it a day and head to bed.
