1st 'serious' run in many a moon (new years day doesn't count ...hangover). Dragged my fat carcass out of bed and was greeted with a glorious sunrise. I had seriously considered using it for a blip, but that would have distracted me from my run.

So how did it go I hear you ask ?
-"How did it go Craig ?"

Not too bad, thanks for asking. I say not too bad, quite a few periods of walking, a sore knee, sore calf and a potential blister. All in all, a good start to the day.

Hoping to keep it going, 2-3 runs of between 3-5 miles a week, interspersed with a couple of gym sessions should help shed a few pounds.
