In The Occupied Territory

Food for thought

MY, I have had a busy day, well by my standards anyway.
Up at 9a.m. I know, really! In my world, unless on vacation, that time doesnt really exist.
June had a hospital appointment at 11a.m, the time I usually get up. Nothing serious, just trying to get to the root of her dizzy spells.
Then into town for lunch at the wonderful Cafe 52, down in the Merchant Quarter. Where the food was, as usual, fantabulous.
It may not be an exciting picture, but the antipasto we had really does deserve to be featured here.
Mine host and owner and chef (today) Stephen , was his usual charming and feisty self.
Wandered around the shops for a while, bought June a light for her kindle before heading off to Cineworld to see The Woman In Black, starring Daniel Radcliffe.
Welcome back Hammer Horror, back to your wonderful, cheesy, (meant kindly) and, occassionally, if not really scary, certainly making you jump a bit, self.
Daniel Radcliffe certainly put Harry Potter to bed.
