what health and saftey

A fine morning me and molly doing house work well i am molly is doing her thing of keeping a watch on the street.

Was waiting for a package for keith to come and it has just come. The house over the road is being done up at first me and Keith thought it was going to be two flats but it is being kept has an house.

When i was sat talking to molly as i often do i looked out the window and saw this. This bloke has done all the painting on the out side but i don't think he knows the meaning of health and saftey
