(Not Shrove) Tuesday

We have been promising ourselves pancakes since we missed out last Tuesday when we had a family meal out at The Dirty Duck - see here.

This looked so nice on the plate that I couldn't resist a quick photo. The first was the savoury pancake wrapped around salmon with ricotta cheese; then there were sweet pancakes to follow with brown sugar, lemon juice and fresh fruit (pineapples, bananas, tangerines and cherries).

Now that's what I call tea!
