EDINBURGH SHERIFF COURT

Much excitement today. It was my first court experience for probably 15 years and just as ridiculous as the last time.

OK - The Facts.
Got stopped by police in Nov.
They thought I had no insurance.
Did have insurance
Gave them letter confirming cover 9 months ago.
Still had to go to court.
Had to confirm my name, then lawyer guy says "mistake by insurance company" "case dismissed" "go home and chill out" ..maybe he never said chill out.

Still considering whether to sue for 10 months of stress, hurt, sleepless nights and emotional torment. Put my suit on and everything.
