Frog Bokeh

There were 5 frogs out in the garden last night, but I had already published my blip and just hoped one of them would be about tonight!

Went out for the second run/walk of week 3 from the couch to 5k podcasts this morning and I was also on the radio this, trying to encourage one of the presenters to do c25k to get fit and possibly enter the heroes run in 12 weeks time... we'll wait and see!

Well done to those of you who noticed something lurking in the reflection of the kettle, as well as the salt & pepper rabbits!
