Palm Fronds

Living in Mexico is truly a visual treat. Even after more than a year down south, hardly a day goes by without something new catching my eye. These crinkly palm fronds were today's find. They were very close to the main (really the only) road that travels from Playa La Ropa to town. Even though there were a dozen palms along this particular stretch of road, only this one plant had this distinctive type of frond. I know I have passed this way countless times in the past, but today I "discovered" these fronds and in so doing created my photo for the day.
