World Book Day today. Can you tell who he's meant to be?

It's such a gorgeous day that I feel I should be out blipping sunny spring like photos, but because of a lack of cute lambs leaping in meadows where I live, plus the optimism that we might have another sunny day this year I decided to use this blip and do daffodils/lambs/sunny meadows another day :-)
