Celebrating my garden

One of the good things about coming home from a Winter holiday, is to see how the garden has advanced towards Spring.

The ladybirds were out in force this morning - doing what comes naturally, in large numbers (kinky things) and taking strolls along the lavender, the bamboo and the sage. Those in the monkey puzzle were still massing together, but it was in the shady corner.

But these beauties were quite irresistible.
