Wall

I like these old bricks. I haven't anything to show scale but they are larger and less uniform than modern bricks. The owner was fixing his gate as I passed so we had a chat while I asked permission to photograph his wall. He said the bricks are very hard too which he discovered when he tried to drive a nail in to support a plant. I waited for a sunny day to get some shadows.
