Penatly

Dear Canterbury council, not only are your provisions for cyclists woefully inadequate (cycle paths that just stop, or that take you suddenly on to an A road, or through underpasses with no lights or, my favourite, have lots of barriers telling you to dismount every few minutes) but also your spelling is awful.
