Out of town

Managed to actually make it to my meeting in Portland on time this morning. In fact, we were even early. After several hours hanging with people in my very same profession, I headed straight back home. Out the door at 5:30 a.m. and in the door at 8:45 p.m.

I chased the light for some time before finally giving up and stopping at a lake for this. The moon was really bright, which made me feel a little better about hanging out in the middle of nowhere in the dark alone.
