Winter or spring??

It feels like spring is coming in the middle of winter, it's raining and it's unusually warm outside 11°C when we are more used to have -11°C at this time of year. All the snow has melted away in my garden and I can see the tulips peeping up in the flowerbed. I had to check out the calendar this morning when I woke up and looked at the thermometer, it still is only March.....right?
