Salsa

I did some dancing tonight, my hands and feet were already sore from rock climbing and now after wearing heels and dancing for three hours I am even more tired. Now I am sitting at home enjoying a beer and realizing that I have a story to write. O Joy.
My head is pounding and many memories were brought back up today. How do I let my heart no worry about this.
