Treecreeper

We went up to the allotment for a couple of hours graft, DH detouring via the birdseed shop. There was a disorderly queue of sparrows awaiting him around the completely empty feeders. Bob followed us about, finding delicious things to eat where we disturbed the soil in between bossing the sparrows about and trying to see off a blackbird. He posed for lots of photos as usual but was superseded when I saw this little treecreeper quietly working its way up one of the big trees on Leith Links. I looked them up in the bird book and apparently they make their nests "under a bark flake on a tree trunk"!
