A sign of better things to come

Spring is pushing its way up in the garden, but as yet the daffodils have only sent a single scout to check if the way is clear. We always associate daffodils with Kit being born, as he was due in April and Lorna used them as a sign he was in his way!

Having planted tulips it was slightly surprising to see the daffs come up, but that's part of the fun of it being our first spring in the new house.

This is my WBC entry for the week, and looks like it also may well be my 365th entry, at last :-)
