The view west...

I've been cleaning out an old memory card and came across this photo from when I was in Ullapool before Christmas.

Stac Pollaidh is a great winter climb as you can make it to the summit and back in a typically short winter day! This is the view west from the road back north to Thurso, the snow had just started to fall and the cold weather had brought the Red deer herds down from the mountains.

I'm still practicing my photo composition and have focused here on the 1:1.618 golden ratio.
