"I think I may have overreacted..."

My colleague (who shall remain nameless) made the above statement and display at my desk this morning. After two years of seemingly endless frustration and despicably-timed failures and lockups , the mouse made a final, fatal error and was summarily dispatched with a stomp. Normally a cheerful fellow and not prone to such actions (although I understand his pain completely), a bit of guilt and remorse was felt but the putting down of the wretched gadget was for the greater good. This mouse will not fail again nor frustrate anybody any more.

Note to self: NEVER let him borrow my mobile phone.
