Cycle

Lovely sunny day and I had to wait in for the repair man from Virgin Media! He came at 11.30 and left having replaced the TiVo box.

As soon as he went, a quick sandwich, a piece of fruit and off on the bike. I went past the airport and over to Renfrew to get the Renfrew ferry. It used to be run by the council but the boat needed replacing so it was going to be stopped. It has been replaced by a 'tin bucket' (it really is) but it works and takes bikes.

Cycled up to the canal and up the tow path and past the Maryhill locks. It was quite muddy in places as it is not tarmac but the sun was shining, the water was still and the reflections were stunning. Cycled as far as Possil Marsh. Cycled round the marsh, there is a loch in the centre but you can't get near it.
Returned the same way.
