Food Rules

A friends of mine recently told me that she had seen too many pictures of variations of pasta and vegetables on my Blip so just to ring the changes here's a picture empty plates that once included roast vegetables and pasta...and a green salad.

I was listening to Michael Pollan's Food Rules and was struck by the rule.

"Don't Eat Anything That Your Grandmother Wouldn't Recognise As Food "- not that she wouldn't recognise but recognise as food. Now that makes sense to me.

The rest of the day?

Up's and downs but with far more of the latter than the former - is that the right way round? Mmmmmmmm-nope

....and great new project is coming a little bit closer.
