Spring In Her Step

Had a great weekend :)
Won saturdays game and relaxed all sunday, went for a gym session tonight and feeling fit as ever!
Beginning the Spartan Circuit training as soon as the rugby season is finished.

Went a walk up the glen today with my mum and Bracken as it was such amazing weather for once!
Bracken may be coming up on 14 years old but she still looks like a pup and bounces around like one!
She is absolutely bonkers, anyone who can get a springer to sit still feel free to help haha!
This is a shot overlooking the entire Alva Glen from the Zig Zag path.

On a bad note i managed to trip over my own feet today, kicking my own heel and snapping off half of my big toe nail...extreme pain to say the least !
