I was looking up and it was quite a fine day. Little to relate but we had the regular boatie club meet. The old clubhouse is being cleared out and there were boxes of old books. I almost got my mitts on Ted Heath's book on morning cloud but it got snaffled. I did get a copy of the 2005 handbook - yes indeed, the 125th Anniversary Edition.
Back to pack; off to London. They want to hear at first hand how lies the land north of the Tweed. Are the natives restless. "Sire, your subjects are exceedingly content. The winter has been mild, grain stores and hay lofts have never been more full, the waters teem with fish and all the talk amongst the peasantry is of the great fete on the anniversary of your accession to the throne."
Well, something along those lines.
