these great blue heron babies have grown a lot since I saw them last. I was lucky to see the female come back to the nest to feed them, and the male was keeping an eye on them in the backgound, but not seen in this shot.
(I had to make it a quick trip, after work and before an errand and back to work for a meeting. But wanted to check out all the new babies in nests, and was glad I went)
