Electric squirrel

My computer behaved badly and it was very cold in the morning so I decided to take a little walk to get some photos of the frost on all sorts of sticks and branches.

When coming back home, I spotted two squirrels and wished I had taken some peanuts for them. Never even thought about carrying any treats because I've hardly ever seen squirrels there, save for a dead one.

One was very shy and kept to a bush from where it kept a sharp eye on me. The other ran happily along the electric cables and stopped every now and then to stare at me.

I guess it was hoping I had some peanuts, too.
