Miss Guang hails from Liuzhou in Guanxi province in the south of China which is sandwiched between Guangdong and Yunnan provinces. Miss. Guang's English name's Elaine and she does speak English to a very high level.

As for Elaine, and millions of other migrants, she's come to Shenzhen in order to better her life.

Elaine likes to sing, play the harmonica and cook snail rice noodles (luo si fen). Her hometown is famed for this dish apparently. How to make it? Catch the snails, clean them, boil them and than add a variety of sauces.
