Cafe Society

Haupeltshofer - Don't ask me the pronunciation, I find it very difficult to even read some German words. This cafe was my first port of call after work to meet Sill and Milo. I really wanted to watch Elbow and REM in the Residence Platz tonight, but the thought of standing in the rain for 3 hours was enough to resign ourselves to a couple of Mojitos and a chinese/thai dinner. The recently renovated cafe serves XXL mojitos at 11 euro, which I was tempted with, but I fought off my British culture and just drank 2 regular cocktails. I love the family oriented culture over here; Haupeltshofer, a very popular nightspot in Wurzburg, welcomed both adults and children well into the evening.
